"After having my second child our family wanted to get away but didn't have a lot of money to spare so we decided to come to your location. We'd seen it many times but never normally go to hotels as we don't travel often and live in this area about 18 miles away. That visit was great - I had emailed our experience then decided we would return for my sons 5th birthday as he loved the pool. So I made the reservations and the morning we were to check in I called ahead of time to see if there was a chance to get in early as I had two young children and would have some guests coming later for a small gathering at the pool. This call was at 10 am.

I was so happy to get a call back at 11:30 am saying your room is ready come when you would like. When I arrived I was very touched that they had a card and a gift bag for my son waiting for him at the front desk. He was so happy he started unwrapping it right there in the lobby. They also gave us a box of cookies and a package of popcorn for a movie later. They put us in the perfect room with easy access to the pool and close to the breakfast area. Our family came later and needless to say we had a great time. My son was out swimming with me the next morning at 8 am while my husband and baby relaxed by sleeping in. When I requested some extra pillows the associate gave my son an extra mint as he had requested one (with my permission); he thought that was really neat. Also the use of the pack-n-plays is a great idea for families to use while there and at no extra charge is great.

I'm an administrative assistant and I schedule travel a lot, I make the hotel arrangements and some hotels are very expensive I now look for your locations wherever I send my associates. I want to again say thank you and thank you to your staff at the Surprise location! They're great and your manager at the front desk (I cannot remember her name but I would say she's from England?) is the best! She remembered us and made us feel at home which is really so nice when you're a mom of two young children it's those little things that mean so much! "
